Julian Hess

Julian Hess is a personal trainer based in Venice, California, with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, recover from injuries, improve conditioning, and feel more confident in their bodies.

His interest in training began at a young age through his own experiences with injury and rehabilitation. After spending time working in physical therapy clinics and other healthcare settings, he became deeply aware that exercise, when done well, can meaningfully improve the way people move, feel, and live.

That experience continues to shape the way he coaches today.

He believes that good personal training helps people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in everyday life. His work is highly individualized and centered on helping clients make meaningful progress through consistency, intelligent programming, and effective execution of the basics.

Some clients come to build strength or improve performance. Others are recovering from injuries, dealing with pain, or simply trying to find a more sustainable and supportive approach to exercise.
